A Note From our Founder
My whole life, I have been taming my hair...and trust me, it is wild. But it wasn't until I became a dance Mum that I began to understand the intense pressure of creating the perfect hairstyle for my little dancer. Dancers are discerning creatures with high expectations and hair is no exception.
After spending hours going from store to store searching for a product that smoothed hair without making it crunchy, sticky, or greasy, it became clear that it simply didn't exist. And don't get me started on how terrible these products smelled. The Ballet Balm was born in that moment of realisation that dancers deserved more. Dancers deserved a product that could replace all the crunchy, greasy, sticky and smelly products. It needed to look beautiful (because obvs), work effortlessly to smooth and enchant with a faint vanilla scent. The Ballet Balm is this product and I couldn't be more excited to share it with all the beautiful beings creating smooth finishes, ballet buns and clean girl looks.
