Pointe Hair Company Returns And Refunds Policy

If in the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us at hi@pointehaircompany.com within 30 days of placing your order with us. Please include your order number, date of purchase and all the details with respect to the issue.

The product will need to be returned and we recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you to insure your parcel. Pointe Hair Company will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

We will accept returns for a refund only if the product is faulty, received in error, or significantly differs from the description supplied by Pointe Hair Company.

Your beautiful hair is unique to you and although we have created a beautiful product and tested on so many types of hair, individual results may vary and we do not offer refunds for these reasons.

Although we will be super surprised and disappointed if you change your mind, will not refund or exchange due to change of mind. We would love to hear from you though so we can help make your Ballet Balm experience as magic as we know if can be.
